Company registration
Opening the door for registration for national and foreign companies in the company registry at the agency. Companies wishing to register must submit a file containing the following data and documents:
- A registration request letter addressed to the head of the agency by the legal representative of companies and consulting offices.
- The legal file is complete.
- Primary law.
- Memorandum of Association.
- License (valid activity)
- Chamber of commerce.
- A list of the administrative, financial and technical staff.
- A certificate proving tax payment in the name of the agency.
The company’s previous experience in its field shows the work that has been implemented and the work in progress. - A list of the machinery and equipment owned by the company.
- A statement from the bank with the account number.
- The decision to open a branch of the company in Libya for foreign companies.
- The company’s balance sheet for the last three years is approved.
- Commercial registry (a recent extract from the commercial registry from the home country for non-national companies.
