About Authority

The Central Region Development Authority was established in the city of Misrata, pursuant to Resolution (201) of 2021, with a legal personality, independent financial liability, and subordination to the Ministry of Housing and Construction. To carry out his work within the cities and villages located in the central region.

Projects:

– Implementing infrastructure projects that fall within the agency’s jurisdiction.

– Implementing integrated projects within the framework of approved development plans and programmes.

– Promoting the establishment of investment projects (buildings, hotels, etc.).

– Establishing pilot projects after implementing infrastructure works.

– Establishing service, cultural and entertainment facilities in coordination with the relevant authorities.
